Making prayer flags by sewing and or gluing; the meditative practice allows us to pray, grieve, create and connect with God by using fabrics, lace, colors, buttons etc. When I made one of the flags in the photo above, my mind was in turmoil concerning a loved one; by the time I was finished, I felt a sense of peace that could only come from God.
